I chose Kim Jong-Il as one of topics. I want to express his indifference toward society and point out his self centred mind. To communicate these expression, the cartoon had to be something gives people bad impression to him. The first idea came up to my mind was to disguise him in punk music style (e.g. The Sex Pistols) as his disrespectful attitude towards other country remind me the musician's appeal to the government. However I realised that it wouldn't be strong enough to create a bad person's image. So I decided to make it with this evil looking face with his favorite military uniform.
